Riverwood Healthcare Center receives hospital patient experience award

Press Ganey, a global leader in health care experience solutions and services, has recognized Riverwood Healthcare Center as a 2024
Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award winner along with other health care organizations nationwide.

This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance
in patient satisfaction. As a winner of this award, Riverwood scored in the top 5% of Press Ganey health care providers for patient experience
based on one year of data. “In prioritizing the well-being of both their patients and dedicated staff on a daily basis, Riverwood
