Take a break from the hustle and bustle and join us for a peaceful paddle on the Mississippi on Saturday, September 16th. In appreciation for all you do in our community, we’re hosting a free paddle and picnic for employees (and their loved ones) of Riverwood Healthcare Center, Aitkin County, the City of Aitkin, and Aitkin Area Chamber members/volunteers.

Date: Saturday, September 16th
Start: Launch by Noon at Kimball Public Access (39095 390th Pl, Aitkin, MN 56431)
End: Aitkin County Campgrounds for a picnic hosted by Riverwood Healthcare Center (814 4th Ave NW, Aitkin, MN 56431)
Paddle Length: About 2.5 hours (7 river miles)
