BEAT THE HEAT SUMMER DANCE

Take a scenic drive on the Great River Road and join us for an evening of live music with the Grant Edwards Band on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at the Jacobson Community Center.

Housed in a historic 104-year-old building once known as “The Farmers Hall,” the venue feels like a living museum: original walls and floors built by local Finnish settlers, an upstairs hall lined with early 20th-century photos honoring our forebears, and a warm, time-honored atmosphere perfect for gatherings. Wander the hall, enjoy a bite and a cold drink, and take a few spins on the dance floor—just like they did in days gone by.
