Apartment complex groundbreaking held

A groundbreaking event was held Sept. 10 to mark the beginning construction of a 44-unit market rate apartment complex.
The complex will include one, two and three-bedroom units.

A completion date is expected by December 2026.

Along with Jim Illies and other representatives from INH Properties, attendees included city officials, business representatives and community members.
