SUMMARY:Aitkin County Rivers and Lakes Fair
DESCRIPTION:The Rivers and Lakes Fair is a fun filled event where folks of all ages can learn about our natural resources. Programs this year will focus on a variety of topics. In previous years Long Lake Conservation Center has offered activities such as Snakes Alive!\, canoeing\, lake bottom organisms\, and more. We also will have presentations from other natural resource professionals that can teach us and fair goers about their natural resource expertise. In previous years we have had presentations about mushrooms\, loons\, spiders\, buffalo fish\, phenology and so many more topics! You never know what you may learn. Kids will enjoy building bat houses and bluebird houses\, playing carnival games\, and interacting with live animals
