In previous years Long Lake Conservation Center has offered activities such as Snakes Alive!\, canoeing\, lake bottom organisms\, and more. We also will have presentations from other natural resource professionals that can teach us and fair goers about their natural resource expertise. In previous years we have had presentations about mushrooms\, loons\, spiders\, buffalo fish\, phenology and so many more topics! You never know what you may learn. Kids will enjoy building bat houses and bluebird houses\, playing carnival games\, and interacting with live animals

The ride goes through scenic Aitkin County along the Great River Road with stops at the Pine Inn\, Glen; Mark’s Bar\, McGregor\nand the Rustic Trail\, Palisade.
